Research

New treatments for kidney disease in children only happen because of research so we believe that research should run alongside normal patient care.

Research is part of our DNA. We welcome all patients taking part however they can, whether it be in bringing their ideas and experience, or taking part in the studies themselves. 

We take part in many research projects and clinical trials.  Most of of the research takes place at Nottingham Children's Hospital. 

A lot of research projects are multi-centre studies which involved other centres throughout the UK, sometimes internationally as well.
